Make it fun so that it is not too technical and intimidating for those who are new to it and challenging for the more senior ones. When everyone is familiar with its value, methodologies, tools, and benefits, it will then be easier to get everyone on board and encourage its application.   </p><p><br/></p><p>It would also be nice, that as teams go through it, there is a central / neutral body that can guide us and tell what we're doing wrong and which ones are right. </p>]]></description>
