Minimum wage should obviously be enough to survive so when I found out minimum wage was below 15 dollars before 2014 I was repulsed. I am very happy the raised it because workers deserve to be able to afford lives and everything is expensive. When looking at the minimum wages of other states compared to California I was very shocked to find out many states have wages below 7.50 an hour. That is not nearly enough to live off of and it makes me worried for the people who have to figure out how to do it. In regards to capping minimum wages to 22 dollars an hour I think 22 dollars is a very good amount for entery level workers and it is good that wages are steadily increasing.
