1. 호계중 학생들이 영어 원서를 많이 읽으면 좋을 것 같아서, 동아리를 이끌게 됨. 아울러 영어 문화에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓혀나가길 바람. 그림책, 챕터북 등 가정이나 학교에서 만날 수 있는 다양한 책들을 만쪽을 읽어버리고자 하는 열망을 품고 영어 독서 프로젝트를 이끌게 됨!!!

The main reason I want to join this club is related to the reason why I like original editions. I felt this when I first read the original additions of Harry Potter. I first met this series thanks to the movie series, and I really enjoyed the first and second movie so I first read the series published in Korean. It was so interesting but it also had a touching moments. I read it over 7times and I decided to read original editions. It was like a whole new world. I read English books lots of times before but I haven't read those books in Korean. So I couldn't find any difference between the two. And in every second I read it, I became more and more excited even though I knew the ending. And some parts were even more interesting and different comparing to the books published in Korean. And English jokes didn't have to be changed in to other replacements. I felt like even though I'm reading same books, I felt like when I'm reading English books(original editions), I felt like I'm in the real Wizarding world. Even though I felt I'm in the book when I read it in Korean, I felt more lively reading originals. So this is the main reason why I want to join.
The another reason I want to join this club has to do with the environment that I have. I want to read different kinds of books but the time to read book is qualified so even though I want to read more, I couldn't.
And last, I think reading is opening the potal to another world so I'm happy when I'm reading. That is the last and the biggest I want to join this club.

I read this book when I was young.
And I read this book this time.
It comes me differently and give me other emotions.
I think this tree is pity.
And the boy is pitiful.
Because the boy should live in society and survive in that system.
It makes me feel like pitful.
And at the last page the boy sit on stump.
I think it mean he will live with the tree to the death.
And he and the tree will live with his grandchildren happily.

This book was quite interesting.
I think a tree is a little bit foolish because she gives her everything to a boy. But in a different way, I can understand the tree’s act. I thought that I could give everything to a person that I really like. Also I have some questions for a boy.
Tree gives him everything, but why didn’t the boy? If I were a boy I would do anything that I can do. From now on, I will be a giving person like a tree.

This book came to me by many meanings. I have read this book when I was a kid, and I thought that the tree was too naive and foolish. She only gave the boy what he wanted, but the boy didn't seem to care about her. Even when her apples are gone, her branch fell down and her trunk cut by him. But, the tree kept helping him.
But I realized that the reason why she gives him everything is not because she is foolish or naive, but because she LOVES him. Even though she gets pain and agony, she helps him and pays with her every thing. It is really touching but also very sad and beautiful. Love made the tree blind, but tree is happy because she can love someone.
In the story always emphasizes that love is powerful than any other thing. This book taugh me that if you help and share love with someone, you'll be happy. It was a great book.
