These teachers have had 430 minutes of PD so far this year. The TK-5 teams have landed upon 3 power literacy standards across the grade levels.  The are working to leverage teacher efficacy to maximize student learning with these three standards (go narrow and deep). We will be implementing individual student learning plans TK-5.  All of this is built upon the Fisher, Fray & Hattie Visible Literacy work.
