However, other roles are not dependent on the number of students- they are based on the number of tasks that someone has to do.  Therefore, you would be increasing their workload whilst others will be able to do this more easily as their role is dependent on numbers.  </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Is it possible for us to furlough (with everyone's agreement) 50/50 per team? I am talking about SET - For example 8 people in a team 50% go on furlough for 3 weeks and the following 3 weeks the remainder go on furlough?  This would help the company save money, colleagues could top up 3 days with holiday pay so they dont lose out.  Priority of tasks would be discussed and only shared where appropriate.  Some tasks would not even be needed to be done due to lower number of students in Summer 2 and task restrictions because we are WFH.<br><br></div>]]></description>
