He gives the example of a test for Super-AIDS. If one in a million people have Super-AIDS, and the test is 99% accurate, it will identify ten thousand people as having it. So therefore, terrorism tests are no where near 99% accurate. In this chapter Marcus also talks about arphid cloners. Arphid cloners take the numbers from credit cards, passports, and car keys.
