One of the reasons why I took BA Communication Arts in media is my love for filmmaking. I loved the whole craft from pre-production and post-production. I believe that cinema can be a weapon against social injustice if only Filipinos pay attention to awe-inspiring independent films and wildly underrated filmmakers such as Teng Mangansakan, Lav Diaz, and Brillante Mendoza. Films are warcries for peace and hope. 🎞❤📽

Cinema and theater are quite similar as they both embody the art of acting, production, and connecting with the audience. The only difference is that theater carries the challenge of portraying the whole story from a limited angle and without any cuts and editing.
