How i would answer to question 1 is that these things make me who i am and some may be weird but you never know they can be a good type of weird. Not all people like there differences but that can change and please do think that i am forcing this apron anyone so if you hate your differences and you don't want a boast of confidence then you do not need one so lets talk about how it is important to shape yourself. My differences make me me if i did not have these things in my life then i would just be a boring person and if you think that you don't have differences and that makes you boring don't trust that no one is boring you know why because it is important to feel good about yourself and just because you don't think you have what other people have does not mean that you are not unique how you are. 
Question 2: some advice i would give to a friend is that you cannot be worried about those thing you know why? Because if you tell people it might make them like you even more. I'm not saying you have to share everything with people because you never have to if you do not want too. We all have to feel comfortable around people because if we don't that won't help as much as it will if you do.
