A federal judge in Tennessee has decided that this law is unconstitutional and goes against the first Amendment. If it were decided that this law were unconstitutional throughout the whole state, then it may further accelerate discrimination against drag queens and kings.

On August 31st Darryl George was suspended at his high school for having locs. A lawsuit that they put against them said that the governor of Texas and attorney general allowed the school to violate the CROWN act. This act is present in 24 states, and Texas was unfortunately able to find loopholes, but however there is definitely an argument that his civil rights were violated, and when laws are looser it becomes easier to violate the rights of minorities.

The supreme court eliminated the constitutional right to be allowed to have abortion, and people who were pro-life were seen as superior to people who were pro-choice. It is well recognized that the supreme court's decision to ban abortion violates the right to freedom of religion because everyone is free to have their own beliefs and make their own decisions, they lack the jurisdiction to speak on the matter because it technically isn't even a part of the constitution. As well the fact that the people who decided on it are men.
