In the Youtube clip, we can see that Charlie and Mr Bae are being racist towards Natasha. When Natasha and Daniel first walked in, Charlie thought Natasha was a shoplifter. Here we can see that Charlie is being stereotypical towards black people as he assumes that all they do is shoplift. On the other hand, Mr Bae was being racist towards Natasha because he gave her a hair relaxer to make her hair "not so big". Although this was not a direct form of racism, it was a form of microagression.

Charlie and his dad are being sarcastic to Natasha. By looking from the scene at the health and beauty supply store, Mr. Bae are being disrespectful because he suggested a hair relaxer to reduce Natasha's hair volume because her hair is so big, not knowing the fact that afro hair is a part of black people's culture.
