My day start at 4:40 am and go to work at 5:30 am and i go in motorcycle or bike, i eat my breakfast at 8:30 am are eggs, coffee and bread, also eat my lunch at a 12:30 pm, i eat rice, beef or chicken, salad, soup and juice; i go to home at a 3:30 pm later study my matters and watch series, i eat my dinner at a 7:00 pm i almost always eat meat, rice salad and juice, and i go to bed at a 10:30 pm. In the weekend i visit my girlfriend also w ego to disco, a restaurant or go to cine.
