Fortunately, we are able to connect with them through Facetime! Even though we are 10 hours away we feel like we are close to them because of Facetime. For instance, last Thanksgiving they put the iPad on the kitchen table while everyone was eating and it felt like we were there with them!

We have Amazon echo dot in our house. That means we can have Alexa play music for us, add things to our shopping list, tell us jokes, and answer some basic information questions, without even having to look at a computer or phone, let alone a book.
