H - IT difficulty when playing video - internet went down.  Video was a great piece of work, then internet dropped and Helen lost contact, but thankfully the video kept going so students were able to keep watching.  Sense of being disconnected and separated.
Good to always have a back-up plan and resources that students have access to.
