- As different people have different level of sugar preference. 
- Prices may increase due to this implementation 
- Longer waiting time as specific measurements need to be implemented

We feel that there will be more challenges for both sellers and customers. 
For Sellers, 
it is a hassle trying to find the proper contents as they will need more time, proper training, more information, etc. They also require more manpower. Sellers also have to choose fruits that reach the requirements. 
For Public, 
Prices may increase, there will be longer queues, changes in taste and sweetness as drink vendors have to specifically choose the fruits. There will also be lesser varieties of fruit juices as different fruits contain different level of sugar content.

- Difficult for them to measure out the sugar level in their drinks as they are made to order with different variations of coffee

- Possible method is to create all drinks on default being 0% Sugar, then letting customers add in sugar themselves.
However, this will cause the drinks to be in the unhealthy range still.

- Fruit drink sellers, it is difficult as different fruits have different amount of sugar level even if they are the same type of fruit.
Also, due to the wide range of combinations of drinks customers can order, making a food label for all the fruit drinks is almost impossible. 

The Public:

- Some customers will drink more sugar or milk to their drink which makes it difficult to adapt to the new food label system if they are unable to adjust to their "Unhealthy lifestyle"

- Some customers however would be more cautious about their sugar intake if the food labels were implemented because of the alarming percentage of sugar in their drinks which they were not aware of it before.

- Evaporated milk and condensed milk are high in sugar content, however not many people are aware of it and not used to drinking black coffee without evaporated milk or condensed milk, however, coffee shops mainly use condensed milk or evaporated milk as it is a cheaper option.

We think that there are more challenges than benefits if the food labels are implemented referring to the above details

As we all can see, Coffee shop drinks stall makes coffee base on their "feelings". Even though they have a fix one table spoon of sugar for coffee, but during rush hours, they do it quickly. As we can see some table spoon tend to be more than the others. Hence, it won't be accurate. Same as the fruit juice stall, they do not weigh the fruits before juicing and with lots of combination it will not be accurate. If it is about bottle drinks, there will be more benefit. However drinks stall in coffee shop will have more challenges expected than benefits as stated earlier. Yes consumer will be able to see how much sugar is in their drinks but it will not be accurate.

For the Public, it is definitely more beneficial for them. Reason being is that as people are now choosing drinks with less sweet or for some no sugar. Society are heading towards the healthier direction than before. It can also benefit people with diabetes. Not only that, but most of the drinks also sold at coffeeshops are freshly made, like coffee and fruit juices. If they were to calculate the amount of sugar that is found in their drinks, longer waiting time would be expected, and the public might not be happy about the waiting time as some of them are in a rush to work. Not only that, most of the sellers in coffeeshops are the older generation, which means that they are not well versed in technology, and they might take awhile to learn how to use technology to calculate the amount of sugar in their drinks.

One of the many benefits of having the nutritional label is that the consumers are aware of how much sugar intake they are taking in, which can help them keep track  of their sugar intake per day to maintain a healthier lifestyle.

In a business model, promoting nutri-grade allows the stalls owner to generate more revenue and to make awareness on healthy selection.

The Public:Having the option of the desired amount of sugar in their drinks allows them to have a better control in their drinks.

- The drink sellers wanted to ask customers to put the sugar on their own as there is a wide range of drinks they needed to remember. The effect of the government policy on the drink sellers is pretty challenging as many are not educated on nutritional value. They will have a hard time making the nutritional value label. More people want to stay healthy so they choose more nutritious drinks instead of just ordering.

- For the public, there are more benefits members of the public will be more conscious of whatever they are consuming and better manage their diet. Many of the drink sellers in Singapore are either middle-aged or old. Their job as drink sellers are only to sell drinks and cater to customers based on their needs and wants. Very few drink sellers are unaware of how drinks that contain high level of fats and sugar, would affect the human body. 

In recent years, the public has been very health conscious and trying to control their intakes of produce. With the changes on having drink sellers to include the Nutrition Labels, customers are able to know how much they should/want to have and they can control the calorie rates. We think that government should at least guide the drink sellers on how to calculate the nutrition of the products as they are not familiar in calculations. 

The reason to that, in this case study, the drink sellers are giving too many excuses such as "I do not know how to calculate." "How do I even calculate sugar content in apples?". So with the guidance of the health authorities or nutritionists, drinks sellers would be able to cater to customers with a specific drink selection of their choice.

However, we do think that the drink sellers do not have much advantage on putting the Nutritional Label as they usually will still customize to what customers request.
