-Collect samples of student work, make sure it is current.  Make sure you have samples to be able to analyze through each of the 5 lenses.  Look for strengths and areas of growth. 
 
Interpret Data & Establish Goal
-Set goals- High goals!
-Look for patterns in data

Create an Action Plan
-Create an action plan for students that follow the SMART goals..
