I ride the LRT which is very convenient, perhaps far from what Alex's experiences with riding jeepneys in Recto. Based on my observations, commuting in Metro Manila is usually very tiring and hot. However, back in high school, I ride the jeep more frequently compared to now that I’m in college. The route is to Kalaw as my high school was near Manila itself and I’m from Quezon City, so like Alex, I understand the city’s rush hours in the mornings and afternoons. Similar to him, I also tend to ruminate and observe (or take a nap hehe) because the traffic is so heavy.
