To do this, it would beneficial to create a YDA Alumni Association that could help us in doing story capture and collection (and obviously for a way to bring in former organizational leaders into some sort of connection in a way that’s more formal - the institutional knowledge and dollars would go a long way but we rarely make deliberate asks). 

Not only gathering these kind of narratives for the record, but as a way to show our members (especially in their respective states and territories) how our organization builds future leaders (and current leaders as well).
