I feel organization is so important and so crucial in many different ways. If we relate a company to a sports team, such as the Atlanta Hawks, everyone on that team has an end goal to win the NBA Finals. Because they have this same goal in mind they are able to set personal goals, so that the they can follow through with their responsibilities, and help take their team to the Finals. Now, if you put five different athletes that participate in different sports on the basketball court you are probably going to have some issues. Not because they aren't in shape, but because their purposes don't align with winning the NBA Finals.
