In the first video it talked about how soda taxes were being raised because so many people were buying soda so they gave most of the money to schools. In the second video, it was the same thing. The article showed examples of the soda prices. Scientists agree with the tax because it makes less people want to drink soda, which lowers obesity. We think in the first video it relates because  the colonists got taxed for sugar and it effected them badly. In the second video it is the same thing because the colonists got taxed for sugar.

They taxed sugar like the sugar act and that started the revolutionary war.
