Having to test certain settings prior a Zoom session (timers and auto-checked boxes; recently, it happened to me that some breakouts automatically close even if you have keep the room setting open - not sure if it's a glitch).

Sometimes meetings may have a lot of people as co-hosts or guests. Be sure to use some kind of symbol (i.e., *) to denote important people that you may need to spotlight or quickly move into breakout rooms for certain roles.
