2. Gently move the brush up and down in short strokes.
3. Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surface and chewing surfaces of teeth.
4.Use the tip of the brush to clean the inside surfaces of the front teeth, using a gentle up-and-down stroke.

2:Fill the cap of the mouthwash half way with your mouthwash
3:Tilt the mouthwash into your mouth.
4: Swish the mouthwash for 30 seconds inside your mouth. Make sure that you reach all parts.
