         <title>Yuni_A love letter to teacher</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><em><mark>Dear My Lovely Teacher Octa,</mark></em></p><p><br/></p><p>I've finished reading the book you've recommended to me, "I'm Calm" by Jayneen Sanders. It's a really interesting book!</p><p><br/></p><p>Theodore, the main character, taught me a lot about how to handle my stressful feelings, my worries, my anxiety, especially when I have challenging and hard times. It also reminds me about the terrible moment that all people in the world faced some years ago, the corona virus pandemic. </p><p><br/></p><p>I can totally relate to him,  feeling overwhelmed with all the changes happening around him. His mom is working from home, and doing all the chores, his grandma is taking care of his baby brother, and everything else going on. He was just like me at that time! It was the first time I learn online and I was stuck understanding my school subjects but every body in the house was busy. And my father was also hospitalized for two weeks because of corona virus. All of my family members felt so overwhelm at that time! </p><p><br/></p><p>Theodore, made me realize that even though I'm still young, I can experience the feeling of stress and scary. </p><p><br/></p><p>However, I liked how Theodore learned to calm him self down by pausing, taking deep breaths, and focusing on the present moment. It teaches me some mindfulness practices. I'm going to try to use these techniques when I feel stressed too.</p><p><br/></p><p>Thank you for recommending this book.
