It was the day that I got my first IVIG. I have PI and PANDAS, which pretty much means that my immune system doesn't do its job, and attacks its self instead of the bad things. I was officially diagnosed when I was 7, but my doctor thought I had it when I was 5. I had been poked and prodded at my entire life for tests that would convince the insurance company to approve my IVIG. It took 5 years from when I was diagnosed for me to actually be able to get the treatment I needed.
