         <title>Week 2 of May</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I never share my goal with anyone. But today I need to write this goal down and share it with you guys. I don't know where would I start with. So I started with week 3 of May. Next week, I will focus on finishing chapter 3 of the thesis and eating well (more vegetables). Those two are unbreakable for me to get it done, for instead is having a good meal. But let talk about what I have done it well. There's nothing much to happen. It likes everyone that they need to finish their school's work. This week I have done three things</div><div>-first is I finished chapter 1 of the thesis. In this chapter, I wrote about the reminder theory of financial accounting. I spend almost three weeks finishing this chapter. It is hard for me because I need to translate from English to Khmer.&nbsp;</div><div>-second is reading an English book for ten pages in my free time. The book's name is "Crush It", which talks about<strong><em> </em></strong>online marketing trailblazer Gary Vaynerchuk tells business owners what they need to do to boost their sales using the internet. I read this book to practice my English reading skill. Furthermore, I can learn from their experience.&nbsp;</div><div>-third is to practice my listening skill. Every night before bed, I spend 15 minutes listening to "Ted Talk" on youtube.&nbsp;</div><div>Other goals that I haven't achieve, I will keep going to make it happen.</div><div>To help keep me focused on achieving my goals, I follow a simple two steps outline. The first is to Set a deadline, set a target date by which I will complete my goal. The second is to pay back. It means, when I ended each point of my plan, I will watch a movie or funny show on youtube for an hour.</div>]]></description>
