b)The front desk attendant found Tom´s reservation in the booking system of the hotel.
c)Tom had a reservation number receipt to prove his booking.
d)Tom booked the room straight with the travel agency, not with the hotel.
e)Tom is attending a business conference in New York city.
f)He won´t need a parking pass because he came by taxi/cab.
g)Because there was a glitch with the booking system, Tom will get a double room with a jacuzzi.
h)There are hotel amenities such as indoor pool, spa and gym.
