•  I've been at my best in the sense of leadership was when I helped out at the Back to School dance. During the football game before the dance, I was busy helping the bronco as well as planning out strategies for pep band. Then during third quarter I helped setup for the dance. It worked out well because I knew where I needed to be and when. 
• I've also been at my leadership best when I helped out at the other football game when we had the tailgate and FNL. I was on my game from early that day until the end of the tailgate. I was using my leadership skills by helping out with small tasks, as well as bringing positive energy which can deeply affect the mentality of the overall attendees.

Mr Robinson thought the night was successful from at least a logistical standpoint. By bringing the stands on a stand rack, the transition from on field to the bus went quick and easy. The biggest concern for the pep band as a whole was sound quality. - What have you accomplished thus far?
• I have communicated the layout of pep band and Mr. Robinson's hopes for it. Currently, we have done one game so far and have two more football ones.

- What have been some unforeseen obstacles
• Not unforeseen, but the issue of walkie talkies not working great created issues with the DJ

- Has the project thus far allowed for any "Holy Moments"
• I think though slight, a Holy Moment I experienced was students in band not vocally opposed to doing pep band. A general morale boost adds a lot.

- What do you need to accomplish still?
• I need to speak more about general future plans as Robinson's current agenda seems to be working.

- How can Mr. Burr or Mr. Oldani help you?
• Emotional support. I'd like a hug. But actually, I believe I have articulated all of my needs.
