The month of January is named after Janus, fittingly marking a time for reflection and looking ahead. In more recent history, statistics reveal that nearly 40% of adults make New Year’s Resolutions each year. However, studies also show that only 9% feel they are successful in keeping them, highlighting the challenges of creating lasting habits.
