         <description><![CDATA[<div>One thing is that, many students who take part the survey responded neutral. This could be students ability to fethom the questions and answer, knowing the improtsnce of such&nbsp; research.<br>In addition to this, some student turn to be lazy, so when someone ask to fill up research, they fill up only one colum without even looking it. Consequently, this output could not reflect the situation will give the researcher a vague picture.<br><br>Next, based on the researcher view, there is neclegence to change . This is&nbsp; because UBD is public institution. In this case employee took granted to their jobs. Hence, unless there is higher power , change will never occur.<br><br>Thirdly, the goal of top 50 university in Asia is acheivable, hence to inforce TQM and give autonomy to act upon by the newly opened office of planning and development.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As mentioned in the article, they addresed the importance of QA in TQM framework as a factor they must enhance to achieve their goals and objectives. It's good and I believe its necessary.<br><br>On top of that, as a university to help their country to achieve a productive and diversified economy through knowledge and innovation, the capability of university like UBD depends on budget and their manpower. The process must slightly improved and find their own uniqueness. Start from supplier to end product, their input gathered must be effective to produce quality prospect and product (output). The problem with communication shouldnt be happen again and if they really serious to inject quality framework into their structure, they must replicate what others top university have succeded in that might closed to their structure but they must be careful to ensure their decision is right.<br><br>Besides that, the culture of sharing knowledge, positivite attitude, strong mentality and responsive skills must be developed in urgency mode. This is to ensure university will not being harm by PESTLE aspect and improve accordingly.&nbsp;<br><br>Last but not least, they must attained ranking focusness because at the end of the day, that is the aspect people will look up for. <br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Seedy <br>Many administration members are not open to their customers, this can bE argue that most of university admine think that TQM was developed by and for industry to improve profits, industry and the university are totally different, and talking of students as "customers" is offensive and makes no sense. They make it clear that they will have nothing to do with total quality management and will view any attempt to compel them to participate as a violation of their academic freedom, this can be explain the reason why the admine staff are not cooperating in this study. <br>In addition, many university are not consern with service because it not major important for then due too of focus on teaching more than facilities But the most important difference is this <em>You’re not simply trying to “serve customers.” You’re trying to build your students into responsible scholars and citizens. </em>&nbsp;Which is notably different from what a commercial enterprise objectives to do. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Administrative staff seems to be less motivated in assisting to the need of the students. It probably caused by the current culture that influenced the staff in delivering their job responsibilities. Therefore the author suggested that UBD should have to have a transformational leadership in order to create a vision that would guide the change through inspiration from the leader or top management itself.&nbsp;<br><br>However in my opinion, it would be a challening situation as the existing negative culture is way too strong within the organization and also said to be non receptive. As if their mindset of continous improvement only focus on the profit of the organization and it is just another business oriented process of the institution rather than improving on the quality processes that leads to a better </div>]]></description>
