It's very comfortable. There are many interesting places around. There are many restaurants, a couple of schools, some grocery stores and a beautiful church. There is no stadium, there is no police station, but it is a very quiet neighborhood.

There are some stationary stores, a notary's office and every day there is something new to do.
There are no boring places in Modelo.
