Our super high needs students are able to get nearly 45min a day of complete 1:1 attention. Something that would be very difficult with the previous schedule. We communicate well with each other. We are on the same page when it comes to sped. Our grade level EA is also a blessing as he jumps in and supports not only the sped students but also the general education students.
