3. When the pedestrian traffic light is green, you may cross. If it is red or flashing, you must wait on the platform.

4. Do not start crossing if there are vehicles stuck in the intersection, even if the pedestrian traffic light indicates it, since they can start at any time.

5. When crossing an avenue, do it with the necessary time: standing still in the middle is very dangerous.
