Coming in prepared to teach, knowing all your students on an individual basis, thinking outside of the box, time management, rigor and relevance 


What practices must we adopt? 

Organization, adaptability, open mindedness, clear objectives 


What practices must we abandon to align with our values? 

Thinking that all students learn the same. 
Thinking that the old way is the best way. 
Closed mindedness.
