         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. TEACHER<br>ISSUE: Lack of professional training, Data protection<br>CHALLENGES:<br>1. Limited numbers of expertise<br>forcing busy teachers to learn how to utilise a new tool on their own can be irritating and time-consuming. Although it may cost time and money to professionally train teachers, faculty,&nbsp;and&nbsp;staff. Especially old school teachers are leaning to use the traditional methods of teaching in the classroom. The challenge that they had to face is the inability to adapt to technology.<br><br>2. Data security<br>Teachers need to protect students' behaviour online (safety, legal risks, and privacy) and in the classroom (theft and locking of devices). Some students are not aware of scam, online frauds, etc and are easily distracted to click on ads that lead to data hacking.<br><br>2. ORGANIZATION<br>ISSUE: Utilizing the new technology<br>CHALLENGES:&nbsp;<br>1. Adopting new tech just because it’s new.<br><br>A lot of new technology is useful, while some of it is just designed to sell. Even if the tech is useful, though, it may only be useful for individual companies. Ensure the technology can be used to prevent having another wasting space on the software you never use.<br><br>2. Not implementing the suitable systems and procedures.<br><br>New tech must be integrated into current business processes to utilize its full potential. When using the new technology, your existing systems and procedures need to be adjusted to incorporate the new technology in a way that limits disruption.<br><br>3. TECHNOLOGY<br>ISSUE: High cost usage, The standardisation of 5G and 4G network&nbsp;<br>CHALLENGES:<br>1. Budget Limitations<br><br>Budget restrictions are particularly difficult to overcome because high-quality educational technology is not inexpensive. Adopting technology in the classroom might be significantly hampered by a lack of funding in financially stressed schools.<br><br>2. Poor Network Infrastructure<br><br>If the school lacks the network infrastructure required to support them, delivering a classroom full of children a package of laptops or notebooks won't have any positive benefits. Fast, high-quality WiFi at home and school, data privacy and security, access to online resources, and many other things are necessary for a robust network&nbsp;infrastructure.<br><br></div>]]></description>
