         <description><![CDATA[<p>a) Definition:</p><p>The Great Man Theory states that leaders are born , not made . It believes that certain people naturally have the qualities needed to become successful leaders and influence others . </p><p>b) Example:</p><p>The Great Man Theory suggests that great leaders are born with special qualities such as confidence, intellingence, charisma and the ability to influence others. These individuals naturally rise to leadership positions during important moments.</p><p>c) Influencer who related to the Great Man Theory of Leadership:</p><p>-Syed Saddiq Bin Syed Abdul Rahman. </p><p>-Malaysia politician who has served as the member of parliment for Muar since 2018.</p><p>-Syed Saddiq can be associated with the <strong>Great Man Theory</strong> because he demonstrates charisma, self-confidence, and the ability to influence people from a young age.          <description><![CDATA[<p>Influential Theory of Leadership</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Definition:</strong> An influential theory of leadership is a well-established framework that explains how leaders influence, motivate, and guide individuals or groups to achieve shared goals. These theories describe the qualities, behaviors, or situations that contribute to effective leadership and have significantly shaped leadership research and practice.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Example:</strong> Servant Leadership</p><p>Serve first, lead second. Prioritize team needs, growth, and well-being above the leader’s own interests; empower &amp; lift others up.</p><p>Founder: Robert K. Greenleaf (1970)</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Influence:</strong> Mother Teresa – An example of Servant Leadership. She began her academic journey in Asasi Undang-Undang at Uitm Dengkil (2018-2019). She then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (Honours), (LL.B (Hons) at UiTM Shah Alam (2020-2024), followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M) at UiTM Shah Alam (2024-2025). She is now continuing her academic journey by pursuing a PHD.  Her commitment to lifelong learning and achievement higher goals motivates me to work hard and never stop improving myself. She demonstrates the qualities of a transformational leader by inspiring others through her perseverance , dedication and passion for education. </p></li></ul></li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Trait Theory of Leadership</strong></p><p><br/></p><p><strong>📌 DEFINITION</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>The <strong>Trait Theory of Leadership</strong> states that effective leaders possess certain personal characteristics or traits that distinguish them from non-leaders. These traits increase a person’s ability to lead successfully. While some traits may be inherited, many can also be developed through learning, training, and experience.</p><p>According to this theory, successful leaders often share qualities such as below </p><ul><li><p>Self-confidence</p></li><li><p>Honesty and integrity</p></li><li><p>Intelligence</p></li><li><p>Emotional stability</p></li><li><p>Determination</p></li><li><p>Communication skills</p></li><li><p>Responsibility</p></li><li><p>Adaptability</p></li></ul><p>The Trait Theory suggests that individuals with these characteristics are more likely to become effective leaders because they can inspire, influence, and guide others toward achieving common goals.</p><p><br/></p><p>📌 <strong>EXAMPLE SITUATIONS </strong></p><p><br/></p><p>A school principal demonstrates Trait Theory by showing confidence when making decisions, communicating clearly with teachers and parents, acting honestly, and motivating staff to improve students’ academic performance. These leadership traits earn the trust and respect of teachers, students, and parents, making the principal an effective leader.</p><p><br/></p><p>Another example is a project leader who remains calm under pressure, listens to team members, solves problems effectively, and encourages collaboration. These personal traits help the team achieve its objectives successfully.</p><p><br/></p><p>📌 EXAMPLE INFLUENCES IN MALAYSIA</p><p>Khairul Aming is a good example of the <strong>Trait Theory of Leadership</strong> because he has personal qualities that help him inspire and lead others. His success comes from his leadership traits, which have helped him build a successful food business, create engaging content, and inspire millions of people in Malaysia.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>Leadership Traits</strong></p><p><strong>1. Vision</strong></p><p>Khairul Aming has a clear vision of building a successful Malaysian food brand. He started by sharing cooking videos and later launched his own products, such as <strong>Sambal Nyet</strong>, which became very popular.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>2. Confidence</strong></p><p>He was confident enough to leave his engineering career and start his own business. His confidence allowed him to take risks and pursue his entrepreneurial goals.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>3. Creativity</strong></p><p>Khairul Aming creates simple, creative, and easy-to-follow cooking videos. His creative content attracts millions of viewers and helps promote his products effectively.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>4. Determination</strong></p><p>He worked hard to grow his business and consistently produces high-quality content. Even when facing challenges, he continued improving his products and expanding his brand.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>5. Generosity and Empathy</strong></p><p>Khairul Aming often donates to charity, helps communities during festive seasons and disasters, and supports people in need. His kindness and generosity inspire others to give back to society.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>6. Communication</strong></p><p>He communicates clearly and respectfully with his audience through social media.
