This is where the problem arises as both Skype and Facebook have the capabilities of online business meetings. 

Thus, in order to start on a solution of the problem, we have analyzed what each service is and is not. This is in order for our customer to obtain an understanding. Below is our analysis:

This service is irrelevant to what Waking Up Inc, is looking for as its primary focus is towards customers.

Skype:

Pros

Allows team to message, video, or call each other.

Conference options for multiple team members to connect.

Is what the company is looking for.

Cons

Not customer friendly.

This will allow everyone to use it from anywhere that an internet connection is available. Thus, allowing every team member to be present in the important gatherings for the corporation. It will also provide less distraction compared to Facebook.
