         <description><![CDATA[<div>Clear issues in communication between academic and industry supervisors.<br><br>Lack of preliminary planning, especially in aligning expectations of internal and external stakeholders.<br><br>Supervisor not as aware of how industry partner operated as she should be.<br><br>Communication between supervisor and student not frank enough to identify student’s early reticence in regard to workload.<br><br>Academic supervisor’s enthusiasm for external engagement clouded the clarity of the expectations placed on the student.</div>]]></description>
