2.I dont think there would be tensions if 2/3 of residents agree it beautifies the place. But if there are, simply hold a discussion with the community if it should stay up.

The artist should their right of showing their creativity. However, they shld do it in their own area and not illegally.

We should tell the artist and resolve the problem peacefully. If the artist has obtained the paperwork of doing the artwork, then the neighbours shld chill. But if the artist does not, then she should remove the work and seek permission if she decides to do it again.

If the neighbours remove it forcibly , it could upset the artist and lead to further fights among them. Resolving everything peacefully is better.

To respond I feel the person should remove the painting and get a permit before they started painting as some residents felt that it was vandalism.

To avoid confrontation and to allow all parties to be happy and peaceful to prevent any fights or disputes to allow everyone to have a sense of belonging as their voice is heard with the complaints.
