Hello students, we have a scenario of a 38 year old construction worker who was brought to the EMR after an injury at the work site while he was plastering the walls and ceiling of the building. On admission patient was found to have broken 3 of his ribs on the left & 2 on the right. Patient was observed to have micturia with hematuria. There is no evidence of spinal cord involvement. Patient is managed later in the trauma ward & advised bed rest. Discuss the problems that you encounter in this patient (including all the systems of the body)......

Later in the following sessions we will discuss on the Assessments & treatment plans.
