Types of tea are distinguished by the method of manufacturing they are subject to. Tea processing includes various methods
The natural flavor of the dried tea leaves is determined by the type cultivated from the tea bush and although each type of tea has a different taste, aroma, and appearance, all teas are made up of a very similar set of styles with only slight differences.
First, Ripe tea leaves are selected, which includes a terminal bud and two ripe leaves, usually twice a year by pulling the plant, and tea leaves can also be selected by a machine. secondly, The tea leaves will start to wilt soon. Wilting is used to remove excess water from the leaves and significantly reduce the occurrence of oxidation. The leaves can either be placed in the sun's rays or left in a room with a cool breeze to draw moisture from the leaves. After that, the tea is crushed or shredded to speed up oxidation. Leaves may be lightly bruised on their edges due to being shaken in a bamboo tray. Larger paper cuts can be done by rolling, usually with machines. This step allows enzymes to be intermixed.Follwing this, teas that require oxidation, the leaves are left alone in a temperature-controlled room as they gradually darken.Sometimes the greenness is removed by roasting it or "stirring" it in a wavy cylinder . Although such a step is not always required, some teas require extended life, secondary fermentation, or baking to achieve the best possible degree to make it a beverage. Finally, the tea is collected in bags and placed in cartons with a special trademark and transported in the markets by huge trucks.

Great description but it was really strange how detailed your description was mentioning un included details like timing and sizes. I am sorry Sara, but was it you who really wrote this description?

The illustration depicts the numerous steps involved in the treatment of tea until the tea plant can be sold to consumers .

In the initial stages of the process and after harvesting the tea leaves , the tea leaves are dried in a process called withering before being taken to a factory where it undergoes four treatments . Firstly , the dried leaves are pushed through a rolling machine in order to flatten it , followed by cutting the tea leaves with huge machines into a powder , after which the powder is mixed with chemicals to brew in a process called fermination . After that it is dried for the second time to be ready for boxing .

The last stage involves packaging the boxes into large trucks in preperation for shipping it worldwide .
Overall , the diagram shows that it is necessary for tea leaves to undergo a number of treatments before they can be sold to consumers . The process is still a complex and lengthy one despite being mostly done by machinery rather then by hands .

The diagram shows how tea is produced that is sold, processed, refined, and can be sold to consumers. There are nine stages in the diagram: from the first stage with tea leaves to the last stage in the markets. In the beginning, farmers and peasants collect tea leaves from the fields, which is what is known as harvesting. Then the wilt phase is where the thick and moist leaves get rid of about 30% of their moisture, followed by the rolling phase. At this stage, once it is rolled for thirty minutes, the leaves are completely shredded in specially made forks, and the stems and ribs of the leaves are separated as much as possible and disposed of.After that, you move to the fermentation stage and at this stage, the tea leaves are spread on large plates with a thickness of 15 cm in a special room at a temperature of 40 degrees Celsius for two to three hours, and then sprayed with water and thus the leaves take their copper-red colour to brown after that, and then the sixth stage heh The drying stage, the tea is dried for about 20 minutes with hot air at a temperature of 90 degrees Celsius, and in the seventh stage, the tea is separated to varying degrees through mechanical sieves, which is the canning stage, then to trucks and then to the markets. Finally, it's ready to sell

Great description but it was really strange how detailed your description was mentioning un included details like timing and sizes.

Tea is an important ingredient for some people that they cannot do with out it. Despite the many varieties of tea, the same method is used to make it. It has about 9 ways to send it to stores. First, farmers harvest tea from the plantations allocated to it. This process is called tea harvest. Next, the farmers place the tea leaves to wilt. After that, they put the wilted leaves in a machine that mash the leaves and make them into small pieces. Next, they put it in another machine that it cut the leaves and grind them very will. Then the worker make the leaves ferment , and then they dry it ander the sun. The next step, they collect tea leaves for packaging and put them in boxes for easy portability . After that, they put it in a truck and distribute to the shops. This process is called Trucks. Finally, the store workers arrange them on shelves to make it easier to sell to the people.
