イルハム先生といっしょに中東・北アフリカ日本語ショートビデオコンテストのために例のビデオを作りました。
「便利な布」についてのビデオです。

今日はモロッコの便利な布について話したいと思います。
「フェースィー・シーツ」について話します。
「フェースィー」はモロッコのフェスという町の伝統的な刺繍です。伝統的には緑色の糸で特別なパターンで白いシーツに飾りをつけます。最近は、青や紫色の糸を使うようになりました。これはイルハムさんのおばあさんが作ったものです。とてもきれいですね。
「フェースィー・シーツ」は赤ちゃんが生まれたときプレゼントとしてあげます。普通は赤ちゃんのベッドに使います。それだけではなく赤ちゃんを背中で運ぶときも使います。このようにします。（カメラの前で人形をデモンストレーションをする）。このように使うとき「ハマール」と呼びます。とても便利でしょう。
「フェースィー・シーツ」は値段が高くなったので、いろいろな布を「ハマール」として使うようになりました。
 
また、「ハイック」について少し話します。
「ハイック」はとても大きい白い布です。私のおばあさんは羊毛（ようもう）で作っていました。この布は服として着られています。このように着ます。（カメラの前でデモンストレーションをする）
それだけではなく、お嫁さんが主人のお宅に初めて行くとき「ハイック」で「ルズマ」を作って服を運びました。このようにします。（カメラの前でデモンストレーションをする）
ふろしきと同じです。これもとても便利な布ですよね。
ですが、洋服、カバン、ますます簡単に手に入れることができるようになったので、「ハイック」や「ルズマ」などはなかなか見られなくなりました。残念です。

また、日本語でどうやって伝えるかについて、たくさん考えました。

自動翻訳を少し使ってみましたが、難しい表現が多くて自分でもわかりにくかったので、なるべく簡単な日本語で伝えるようにしてみました。
そうすれば、日本語を他の国で勉強する学生にも見てもらえると思いました。

離れた友達と一緒にビデオを作るのは、ちょっと大変でしたが、どうやって日本語で言うのかを一緒に考えるのは楽しかったし、勉強になりました。

スクリプトを作るのに3日ぐらいかかりましたが、わかりやすくできたと思います。

難しかったことは、二人が別々のところに住んでいるので、会ってビデオを作れなかったことです。
Zoomや電話で打ち合わせをしながら作りました。

My name is Essadki Laïla.
Together with Ilham-sensei, I made a video for the  Japanese Short Video Contest in the Middle East and North Africa.
The video is about “convenientl cloths".

Today I would like to talk about Moroc can convenient cloths.
I’m going to talk about “Fessy sheets”.
“Fessy" is a traditional embroidery from the Moroccan town of Fes. Traditionally, green thread is used to decorate white sheets in a special pattern. More recently, blue and purple threads have been used. This was made by Mrs Ilham's grandmother. It is very beautiful.
“Fessy" sheets are given as a present when a baby is born. They are usually used for the baby's bed. They are also used to carry the baby on your back. This is how we do it. (Demonstrating the doll in front of the camera). When we use it in this way, we call it "Hammaal". It is very useful.
Fessy sheets have become very expensive, so we use a variety of cloths as “hammaal”.
 
We will also talk a little about "haik".
"Haik" is a very large white cloth. My grandmother used to make it of wool. This cloth is worn as clothing. It is worn like this.
Not only that, but when the new bride went to her husband's house for the first time, she made a "ruzma" with "haik" and carried the clothes. This is how it is done. 
It is the same as a furoshiki. It's also a very convenient cloth.
But now that clothes, bags, are more and more easily available, it's not so easy to find "haik" and "ruzma". It's a pity.

I first tried to make it in French and then I translated it on the computer, but the Japanese was strange, so I decided to make it in easy Japanese myself.

It took me about three days to make the script, but I think it was easy to understand.

I tried to use automatic translation for a while, but it was difficult for me to understand because there were many difficult expressions, so I tried to communicate in simple Japanese as much as possible.
I thought that if I did this, students studying Japanese in other countries would be able to see the video.

It was a bit difficult to make the video with my friend, Ilham-san, who is far away, but it was fun and educational to think together how to say it in Japanese.
