         <description><![CDATA[<div>Same overarching framework for discipline&nbsp;for pupils with SEN. There is no separate framework. <br>However, for pupils with SEN, how the consequences of their mischief is done "differently" (e.g. the need to prep the child).&nbsp;<br>Their coping mechanism is quite different thus the need to do the above for them.&nbsp;<br><br>We also consider other mitigating factors, e.g. :<br>Intent (e.g. it is out of pure mischief or due to triggers)&nbsp;<br><br>Struggles that we face :&nbsp;<br>+ getting buy in from staff when we are meting out consequences for pupils with SEN (different levels of tolerance)&nbsp;<br>+ staff tend to want punitive measures and they would like to see changes fast&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>
