         <description><![CDATA[<div>Karim Sarhane, MD is an experienced surgeon with over a decade of experience. He serves as a general, laparoscopic, and peripheral nerve surgeon at Burjeel Royal Hospital in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi (UAE). Karim Sarhane, MD specializes in various surgical procedures, including laparoscopic, robotic, oncologic and migraine surgery, in addition to trauma and critical care.<br><br>Before that, Dr. Karim Sarhane was a general surgery resident at the University of Toledo Medical center in Ohio. As a house officer in the general surgery department, he provided comprehensive medical care to surgical patients and assisted in a large variety of surgical procedures. He was recognized as an honorary member of the Toledo Surgical Society at the conclusion of his residency for his commitment to education, research, clinical care and service.<br><br>Dr. Karim Sarhane has also been a post-doctoral research fellow at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery in Baltimore. While there, he wrote grants, conducted innovative research, oversaw project execution, gave presentations about the projects, and collaborated with other individuals.<br><br>After earning his medical degree from the American University of Beirut in 2010, Dr. Karim Sarhane began his career as a general surgery intern at the medical center of the same institution. He was a house officer in the general surgery department responsible for educating medical students, assisting in surgical procedures, and providing medical care to patients.<br><br></div>]]></description>
