Hello everyone, my name is Valentina. I was born here in Miami and grew up in Argentina, so I am bilingual, but I am also very good at speaking Italian, given that I studied it for three years during high school. When it comes to my hobbies, I am a very artistic person. Most of all, I love dancing, singing, and acting, which is why I am pursuing an acting career. I basically grew up on a stage. I am 19 years old and, so far, I have done dance (including ballet, jazz, contemporary, adagio, folklore, and pop), artistic as well as rhythmic gymnastics, aerial silks, and, of course, have taken singing lessons and also theatre and acting classes. I have also been in competitions for dance, gymnastics, and aerial silks, and, with a lot of effort, have won a lot of medals, recognitions, and trophies for each of these categories. Moreover, I also like writing songs, which I have been doing since I was around 7 years old. A couple years ago I learned how to the play the piano too, so now I am able to compose songs as well. Regarding theatre, I am also into directing plays, which I have luckily been able to do a couple times in the past.

My Project Proposal

My proposal for this project is to interview a couple of people on their experiences with public transportation. This way, I will obtain different perspectives that could reflect a variety of things that might need to be improved, some that are already working very well (in their opinion), or maybe just new pieces of information that may be pretty interesting to learn, especially to people that are not very used to public transportation. Another outcome could be a comparison of these experiences that turns out in something being negative to someone, and yet positive to somebody else.
