For feature extraction of the HRV, since we are in the process of training and comprehension of the data, we decided to try and extract the features from all the data given.

I was assigned to extract features from ECG3 which is ECG data for recovery phase of patient

I prepared a set of coding to properly extract the data from 2,3,4,5 mins from the given 10 min data.

I then proceed to the input the segmented data forTime Domain Analysis to produce output (SDNN,SDANN,RMSDD, HTI).

The data was tabulated accordingly and given to the group

For Feature Extraction, my team and I have successfully extracted all the given data and tabulated accordingly for Machine Learning Team.

The ML team encountered a problem in choosing the best ML model for accuracy of the data.

When I worked on the slides, I encountered problems to move the information from the report to the slides.

For the introduction, I refrain from writing lengthy explanations and opt to simple direct points.

For problem statement, I choose to wrote directly the problem for ease of comprehension for the audience and the presenter.

For the objectives, previously it was way too general and I tried to word the objectives to help showcase how the study is going to address the problem
