Observations
-The rich believe in being compensated accordingly by output, while poor people believe they should be paid on level of effort, aka by input.
-Rich focus on opportunities not obstacles.
-Rich people know your social circle drives your success.
-Most rich people have a skill or idea that has caused their wealth.
-The poor see problems as obstacles rather than opportunities.
-Rich people thrive on new challenges.
-The rich focus on net worth, not working income. They know an hourly income is not as important as a net worth.
-The rich network and volunteer regularly.

1. Rich people seem more determined to succeed than poor people. They focus on the ways they can succeed more that focusing on things that could possibly get in their way.
2. Rich people find their best strengths and play to that instead of waiting to find something they are good at. If you wait around for your strength to appear, it never will. You have to work hard to get good at something.

1. Rich people turns problems into opportunities.
2. The rich focus on quality rather than quantity. They see the end result and reward based as such. If something is terrible but took a lot of time to complete, the person who did it will not be rewarded.
3. Rich people test products out for the rest of the populace. When the first smartphone came out, most people could not afford it. However, the rich could, so the bought it. Once people saw how good of a product it was, they started buying, and the cost came down, so more people were able to buy it. Then it became more commonplace for people to have smart phones.
