         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fruit- Banana- Healthy because the vitamins it provides.<br>Vegetables- Asparagus- Healthy because it low in fat content<br>Dairy- Ice Cream- Not Healthy, because the amount of sugar.<br>Grains- Popcorn- Healthy depends on the toppings included.  To much salt and butter is bad, but natural is a good snack.<br>Protein- grilled chicken- Healthy, not fried and great source of protein grams. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Fruit: Mango - because of the vitamin A and C it provides<br>Vegetable:  Brussel Sprouts - high in vitamin C and antioxidants <br>Dairy:  Ice cream (maybe I should make a healthier choice and go for some frozen yogurt next time)<br>Grains:  Popcorn - with all the butter and salt, not the healthiest option so toppings should be in moderation<br>Protein:  Chicken (of any type) because it is a lean meat and can be cooked and served in so many different ways</div>]]></description>
