Nuts will first be delivered from the farmers to iGoz to extract the oil. Then they will be picked up by NussTech to process the nuts further. Payment terms: monthly with for 83k euro NussTech to iGoz, limit 60 days, delivery weekly 2 pallets.

Furthermore, both parties agreed to scale up nut production to double the capacity within the next 5 years. Both parties will carry the cost for this project fifty-fifty.

A joint venture has been created between iGoz and NussTech. Fifty-fifty shares on harvesting company. Will be run together in Hawaii with local people, extracting both the phosphorous-based oil for iGoz and the saponin for NussTech.

Both parties will invest 500k dollars as an initial investment, can be increased up to 1 million if necessary.

Company focus will be to increase nut yield towards the future to secure supply to locals. Furthermore, nuts will be broken down into other relevant chemicals which can be sold to other companies to increase profit.

We have decided to work together with a comment investment (50/50) into the harvest of the nuts and the expansion of the means of reproduction. The harvest will be divided into two parts. One part will go to Nusstech who will extract the saponin, the other to iGoz who'll extract the phorpbol. After this extraction, the remains of the products will be sent to the other company to be further processed as such that they each use the 3000 kg each year. Each company is responsible to transport the nuts from the island to their company and then the remains to the other company in the most ideal conditions (stipulated in some technical specification).

Agreement: We will divide the current nut supply equally between companies. A contract was made between the two companies to work together on improving the nut production. The rest of the budget unused to purchase nuts will be invested by both companies to increase production rates. Further an R&D team will be setup to investigate possibilities to increase yield from the nuts with even the possibility to extract both components from 1 nut. If this proves to work, both companies will work together in creating a supply chain for both products.

Agreement: Nusstech will harvest the 3000kg of coconuts take out the saponin and will send over the rest of the harvest to iGoz so they can take out their compount needed for their production. We agree that we will not bargain against each other so the product price will stay low. We will work out a plan with local people on how we will scale up the production of the nuts.

We have decided that we will both get 1500 kg as soon as posibble so we can both start extracting the necessary elements. After 6 months, we will send over the kukhi nuts to eachother so both parties can extract the critical component over the full 3000 kg. This will be done during the first year. We have started up the procedure to set up an NDA so the information we share will not spill over to the rest of the market. For the further years, we want to expand the production together. We want to start up a collaboration and will plan in a meeting in the future with both companies to further discuss the details and the possible investments.

Assumption: We need 3M€ to investment to get 3000kg of Kukui.

Since we both need a different product we can work together to get the components. Since the CEO of Igoz can't invest half of capital, therefore NussTech will invest the initial capital of 3M€ and Igoz will pay 800k€ annually for the full harvest of the oil with contract for fixed price for 5years. Nusstech will look into selling other components of the oil that can be used. Igzo should have it's syntactic solution after 3 years no longer needing the harvest if this is not sufficient we still have a 2 year deal with Nusstech.

Vermits we beiden een andere stof nodig hebben: saponin en phorbol besluiten we samen te werken. Vermits iGoz voor medische sector produceerd en hierbij nog hogere eisen in productie heeft dan NussTech. Hierin heeft iGoz dus ook meer kennis, besluiten ze de extractie van beide stoffen in het labo van iGoz te doen. NussTech koopt saponin van iGoz aan vastgelegde tarieven. Bijkomend zijn beide partijen bereid om samen te werken om de aanplanting van de Aleurites Moluccana uit te breiden.
