Two heads are better than one.  Usually a bell ringer to get the class started, but also as an exit ticket to keep them thinking.</title>

It gives students a chance to give feedback and allows the student being evaluated a way to &quot;save face&quot; from what he/she may view as a critical comment.  (I also like the idea of making students sign their post-its - may take away the temptation to be mean.)</title>

Each group has a different scenario, and then they could share out with each other about what they found.</title>
