1. We have term I data, we need to analyse and plan next steps with the ILT. Work is in progress, re grouping has happened and for the bigger picture we need to plan.

2. Open mind portrait, Parent workshop for Nursery and kinder, setting, tracking the character, organisers, repertoire read aloud, visualisations.

3. Think-alouds [literacy walks to see effectiveness], thinking and talking is regularly happening, text quality has improved [with f and p], mini-lessons, student talk about reading has improved.

4. Grade II and III may not require shared reading, what can be replaced and brought in place of shared reading. Teacher reflection is to be taken in this regard, what is the need. Some possible ideas can be book clubs, readers theatre etc.
We would like to focus on writing as part of our future plan and enhance the same.

Begin guided reading and intervention plan for students across 4-7th.

2. PD - Views on literacy+ Guided reading (using F and P resources) + Mini-lesson (rubric) + Balanced literacy for teachers and parents + Reading Strategies (open mind+mystery box)

3. Texts - we curated the resources but have yet to use them. We are at the moment figuring out the logistics of using texts especially in the hybrid and virtual mode.
Think -Aloud - teachers are still building their capacity, we are trying to model out and use F and P plans and become readers themselves. We need to have a think-aloud Rubric.

4. Add - writing about reading - we need to strengthen the writing about reading part of the literacy programme.
Grammar - one of the other missing elements in our literacy programme that we would like to focus on.
Learning Walks - coaches should observe all teachers +teachers should also observe each other to learn best practices + Come up with a way to show teacher growth.

Change - frequency of read-aloud should be increased.
