Large states are underrepresented and small states are over represented&nbsp;<br><br>Laws passed by 2/3rds and amendments unanimous; not flexible or open to changes<br><br>Couldn't levy direct taxes. Could only ask States for contributions&nbsp;<br><br>No army, relied on state militias&nbsp;<br><br>Couldn't regulate interstate and foreign trade<br><br>Couldn't levy tariffs on imports and exports&nbsp;<br><br>Get 9 states to agree to a law and all 13 to amend the articles<br><br>13 different currencies</div>]]></description>
